Hey, I’m Max Kinzel. A motion designer and visual artist creating animated visuals with intention, precision, and attitude.

I started in graphic design and video editing, but got bored of static layouts and predictable cuts. Motion became the missing link. The place where design, rhythm, storytelling and energy could exist in one frame.

I didn’t learn in film school. I learned by doing client work, late-night experiments, and years of building visuals by hand instead of relying on templates or industry formulas.

My work blends clean design, cinematic movement, bold style and mixed media influences. The rule is simple: nothing is generic, nothing is dragged in, nothing exists just to fill space. If it doesn’t have intention, it doesn’t stay.

My influences come less from design textbooks and more from music, skate culture, underground visual aesthetics and the belief that animation should feel alive. Not polished to death. I’m not interested in making “pretty edits.” I’m interested in work that hits.

I collaborate with brands and creators who value creative partnership over quick-turn content, and long-term craft over algorithm-chasing output.
